General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck455 platform and all its services. When you create an account on ck455, log in, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

ck455 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy, so all users can enjoy games in a safe and fair environment.

ck455 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account on ck455, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• If you need to update your account information, please contact the support team.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck455 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to maintain a secure environment. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested when needed. Refusing to complete this process may result in account restrictions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

ck455 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Funds should appear in your casino balance immediately after deposit; contact the support team if you experience any issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to successfully withdraw funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ck455 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing earnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

• Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• ck455 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If any unusual or specific betting pattern is detected with the intent of exploiting a promotion, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonuses only become active after eligible bets are placed with real money.

Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on ck455 (slots, live casino, fishing games, table games) are powered by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ck455 declares the relevant event void for any reason.

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• ck455 reserves the right to void affected bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on contradictory outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games (from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others), the dealer's decisions are final. If a game is not completed due to disconnection or a technical issue, the outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at that point, or the bet will be refunded.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck455 platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or coordinated efforts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Account transfer: Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account.
• Hacking or intrusion: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ck455's systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• False information: Attempting to register or complete verification using a false identity or forged documents.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ck455

ck455 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance, where applicable under these Terms. If a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be locked for the specified period.

Privacy & Security

• Do not share your account details with anyone.

• Service disruptions caused by power outages, natural disasters, or government directives.

ck455 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to an error or technical issue.

Changes to Terms

ck455 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

If you continue using ck455 after updated terms are published, it will be considered that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
